Joining Gayle in this venture is Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, who is also a co-owner of the Glasgow franchise. Meanwhile, the Edinburgh team will be guided by former New Zealand internationals Nathan McCullum and Kyle Mills.
The European T20 League is set to feature six teams and a total of 33 matches. The tournament will run from August 26 to September 20, with matches scheduled across six cities: Glasgow, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Dublin, Belfast, and Rotterdam.
